Last week my mum & I were lucky enough to be offered a facial treatment with the expert facialists in Liz Earle's flagship store in Chelsea.
Let me just start off by saying that the shop itself if stunning! It smells typically Liz Earle, so fresh, airy and natural. The look of the store gives off the same impression and as soon as you walk in you instantly feel relaxed.
Upon entering the store we were greeted by the lovely Hannah who took care of us and also took the pictures above for me (thanks Hannah!).
Once we had had a little look round the store and were done exploring the range of products, we were introduced to Faith - a Liz Earle treament specialist, and Abigail - a renowned leading facial therapist.
After a nice little chat, it was time for a consultation. Mum went with Faith and I followed Abigail into her beaaauuuutiful new treatment room. Let's just say the sink was rose gold. I die. When I was eventually done demonstrating my initial awe at how gorgeous the room was I proceeded to tell Abigail all about my one and only facial treatment at the age of 14 and the traumatising experience that I was subjected to. (If you want to know more about it you I explain it all in my vlog:)
Anyway, it's safe to say that the treatment that ensued was the complete opposite of my previous experience and it was GLORIOUS. I felt like I could fall asleep because it was so relaxing but at the same time it felt so good that I wanted to make sure I stayed awake so that I enjoyed every last second of it. I thought that laying there having my face played with for an hour would feel like a very long time but in reality it felt like it was over before it even started!
Do you guys get facials on the regular? What are the best/worst experiences you have had?
